What's Sunday like for Encounter Kids?
Worship:
Encounter kids enjoy worshiping with their families during the worship portion of the service. During this time, they are allowed to worship with dance, art, journaling or just sitting in His presence.
Lessons:
After worship the kids are escorted back to the classroom to enjoy their own lesson. Our volunteers use The Gospel Project curriculum to help all ages dive deep into the big story of the Bible—God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Safety:
Our volunteers and workers have been background checked and follow implemented safety protocols. As a safety measure, we employ the use of security cameras in each classroom and entry areas. We also require children to be checked in and out with a secure parent/child check-in system. In addition, we utilize a text system to contact parents during the service if needed.
